Undergraduate Research Assistant; Rising senior in the College of Arts and Sciences at Boston University studying neuroscience and biology (2023-present)
I began my post-secondary academic journey in the College of General Studies at Boston University, and continued into the College of Arts and Sciences starting my junior year with an expected graduation date of May 2026. I joined the Meyer Lab at the beginning of my junior year as an undergraduate research assistant, shadowing graduate students as they worked on their experiments and working to learn necessary lab skills. Additionally, I received funding from the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program for Summer 2025 to undertake a project focusing on neuroplasticity and fear learning in juvenile mice. I hope to undertake a Senior Thesis in Neuroscience this coming year and graduate with a B.A. with honors in neuroscience!
Outside of school, I enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hot yoga, reading, charcoal drawing, and thrifting!
