Hi! I’m Dalton, an aspiring physician pursuing my B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience at Northeastern University in the class of 2028. My research focuses on developmental behavioral neuroscience, specifically examining the neural mechanisms fear learning and developmental impacts of stress models in rodents. I work as a patient care associate at the Brigham and Women's hospital, where I care for patients suffering from brain cancers, strokes, and seizures. I care deeply for my patients and work to translate my research to solutions in healthcare that can improve neuro recovery. Outside of the lab, I serve my community as both an 911 EMT and a crisis counselor, where I focus on advocating for adolescents that are victims of abuse and interpersonal violence. My upbringing on a small farm in New York inspires my goal to provide accessible, empathetic, and equitable healthcare, and I am committed to paving the way to a future with widespread precision mental and neurological health care.
